Ordering Process
Restaurant order management & printing
step 1. After the customer places an order through Mobile APP or Website, via http or pop3,(Our POS machine can be used for receiving order from three different channels: SMS, email and website) the device will receive the website information and display it.
step 2. The store owner can select to accept or reject the order on the device.
step 3. If you don’t want to accept the order, you can choose the reason,then the device will feed the reason back to the customer. If you accept the order, the printer will start printing the ticket with order information.
